Who We Are
At 5asONE, athletes are instructed in the basics and fundamentals of body position, run blocking, pass protection, and be educated on clues, keys, and tips to better prepare you and your teammates for gameday. Offensive line is the toughest position to play in all sports both mentally and physically. All 5 offensive lineman have to work together to have a successful play.
Jonathan Himebauch
5asONE LLC Founder & CEO
Jonathan Himebauch “Coach Himey” played offensive and defensive line at USC (The University of Southern California) where he was a team captain. He played professionally in the NFL, NFL Europe, Canadian Football League, and XFL. He has successfully coached at the High School, Junior College, Division IA (Mountain West) in the Power 4 (ACC), and Professional levels (CFL, USFL, AAF, XFL and UFL). He has 6 professional football championships to his resume. Coach Himey currently resides in the Colorado Springs area. His last coaching role was as the Offensive Line for legendary Head Coach Bob Stoops and the Dallas Renegades of the UFL over the last 3 seasons. Coach Himey has the distinction of being the only person to ever win an XFL Championship twice ('01 as a player with the LA Xtreme & '23 as the OL Coach for the Arlington Renegades).

Travis Jones
CFO
Travis Jones is a former infantryman, JAG Corp, Army Veteran who has been in the corporate America world for over 14 years. Jones has coached Offensive Linemen from a youth to high school level and has lots of prior experience in assisting families with the football recruitment journey. Jones is a husband and a father of 2 sons, one of whom plays OL at the University of Michigan and the other, a middle schooler who’s dream is to one day play at the highest level.
Kris Sweet
North Carolina and Virginia
Lead Coach
Kris Sweet has spent decades coaching the offensive line at all levels. Having held coaching positions at over 15 different collegiate and professional organizations, Sweet brings an incredible level of experience and knowledge to the 5asONE team. As a current OL coach for the Toronto Argonauts in the CFL, Sweet continues passionately leading on the field and is instrumental to the development of players here at 5asONE.

Blaine Winters
Graphic Designer
Blaine Winters is a senior at Ascend College Prep and lives in Monument, Colorado. Winters currently plays tight end for Palmer Ridge Football and after high school, hopes to attend a U.S. service academy to become a pilot in the military. Winters has had lots of experience in content creation including being a videographer, photographer and graphic content creator. As an athlete himself, he enjoys promoting the sport of football through engaging videos and graphics and is looking forward to continuing his passion with 5asONE.
